A real gem for any postal historian concentrating on foreign mail. Over 1700 pages in 4 volumes of which the superb “index” volume is the master key to this books. All public notices published by the British post you’ll find in their original form. With 23 kg., this must be the heaviest philatelic work ever published. The information you’ll find is absolutely invaluable!! One of the best, probably the best, postal history source published in decades!!
